Cooking your pasta
- Bring a LARGE saucepan of salted water to a full rolling boil – approx. 1.5 litres of water per portion of pasta.
- Add your pasta to the water and cook for just 2 minutes*, stirring regularly (timing refers to tagliatelle, for other types of pasta see * below).
- As soon as it’s cooked, drain the pasta. You can keep a small amount of the cooking water in with your pasta.
- Stir your sauce into the pasta and mix together over a low heat for a minute or two.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over your dish to add that extra flavour.
- Serve and enjoy!
*Tagliatelle – 2 minutes / Pappardelle – 3 minutes / Ravioli – 5 minutes
Heating up your lasagne
- Heat your oven to 140 degrees.
- Remove the white card covering from your lasagne and place it in the oven for approx. 10 – 15 minutes (20 – 25 mins for a family tray) until heated all the way through.
- Serve and enjoy!
Please note – lasagne container is NOT microwavable.
